An Invitation to Slow Down in London

Friday, April 10th, 2009
Hiya, hope all’s well with you. I’m busy at the moment finalising things for our Zen Enlightenment trip to Japan in May and also for the next yoga teacher training course beginning July 24th, but in the meantime, there’s something I’d like to invite you to.

Here in London, over the next two weeks, is a festival called “Slow Down London”. It’s attracted a lot of attention. They’ve asked me to teach a tai chi class in front of the Royal Festival Hall 9-10am on Wednesday 15th April - that’s next wednesday. The TV people want to film it and you’re invited to come down and join us. No experience necessary, no charge, just an opportunity to be involved in something that’s designed to be an antidote to the credit crunch blues. Please come, be lovely to see you. We’re meeting just before nine on the river terrace imediately in front of the Festival Hall.

Wishing you springtime success and chocolate eggs galore.
