Zenways Winter Yoga Break
Saturday, September 26th, 2009
Hi hope all’s well with you as we move into the autumn season. Traditionally, it’s seen that summer is a time of making gains, of having new and expansive experiences, and then as we move into autumn we either ground and embody those experiences so that they permanently benefit our life, or they just blow away like the autumn leaves. So our practice in autumn makes it all real. Also, in the UK we’re psychologically attuned to getting back to school in September and making a new start, so now is a great time to commit to taking you’re yoga and meditation practice to a new level. Here at Zenways we have a regular programme of classes in London and on November 20th for two weeks, we’re holdidng the next fastrack intensive yoga teacher training course. If you’re interested in an absolutely wonderful way to make a living or a lucrative and immensely satisfying sideline, then this might be for you. Give me a call on 07904319952 if you’d like to explore possibilities.

Thinking ahead to winter, along with yoga teacher and movie actress Justine Glenton, I’ve been setting up a new year yoga break in Dahab, Egypt. We’re flying out on December 28th and back on January 4th. The sun will be shining, air temperatures between 25 and 32 degrees, the sea will be blue. We’ll have morning and evening yoga and meditation and lots of time to relax and detox and get strong for the year ahead.

There are opportunities for diving and snorkeling over amazing coral reefs, trips into the desert and possibly also a chance to climb spectacular Mount Sinai. Flights, half-board accomodation and yoga will cost £950 for the week. I’ll attach some pictures of the hotel to this. Give me a shout if you’d be interested in seeing the new year in a compltetely different way.
Cheers Daizan
