Zenways Yoga – Practice and Teacher Training

Practice Yoga in London with Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi

India, China and Japan have all developed strong and enduring traditions of yoga practice. Down the centuries and in the present days Zen trainees have practiced physical (hatha) yoga to promote well-being and to aid their deepening realisation. A regular yoga practice can significantly speed your progress on the path to kensho or satori – the enlightenment of Zen. Join with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner in unleashing your physical, mental and spiritual potential. See events page for a listing of classes.

Yoga Teacher Training

Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi has studied with many teachers, including travelling to India to study with 90 year-old Sri Pattabhi Jois. He has synthesised the most useful elements of what he learned, both within and outside Zen monasteries, into Zenways yoga – a practice that fosters the Zen experience and develops wellbeing, focus, awareness and suppleness on all levels. Zenways Yoga Teacher training is a way that you can become a qualified yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance, the international standards body.
